Kate Dube

Hello, I’m Kate, the proud owner and master stylist of Kate Emilie’s A Salon. Even before I started my own career journey, I grew up always being in the salon. 

Kate Emilie’s has a history starting back with my mother, Emilie Sacrider. My mother started her own salon “Emilie’s A Salon” on Padanaram Road in Danbury in 1985. After her passing, the salon was renamed and purchased by one of my stylists, Josee.  I attended Ricci’s (Toni & Guy) Academy in Newtown and graduated in 2001. I opened “Kate Emilie’s A Salon” on April 15, 2003 and have still never worked a day in my life. My favorite thing about being a hairdresser is being able to connect with all my guests and help to bring their inner beauty to the outside. I specialize in advanced color, blonding services, precise haircuts, texture services, and extensions. Although our journey has been long and not always the easiest, our hospitality and love for all of our guests has never faded.
