OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment of any cancellations. Any cancellation with less that 24 hours of notice, are subject to a cancellation fee.
OUR REFUND POLICY
We value our guests and when an issue arise, we work to provide the upmost care.
REFUNDING PRODUCTS: If you may be unhappy with a product you have purchased from our salon, you may bring it back and receive a refund which can be a credit applied to your account to be used on another product or on a future service.
REFUNDING SERVICES: We are unable to refund services as there is no tangible item that can be replaced. If a guest is looking to make alterations to a service they have received at our salon, they may come back and receive the service(s) to help resolve the issue free of charge.
